At LEQUIO we are committed to offering you high quality items, and as part of this commitment you can return or exchange any item on the www.lequiomx.com.mx website , due to the following causes.
- If the item has manufacturing defects. Studs, rivets, brooches, stones or decorative items that have become loose due to travel or handling of the box.
- Our items, having certain parts with mechanical movements, may have certain defects, such as closures, straps, brooches, decorations, etc. That is why the warranty on these parts will be 1 calendar month from the delivery date. As long as it is reported to the email ------------ no later than 1 day after the incident.
- If there is a mistake in the item sent, as long as it does not show signs of abuse or use.
HOW DO I MAKE MY WARRANTY EFFECTIVE?
- In the case of merchandise with a defect or damage, the physical change of the product will be applied, that is, the same model, color, and accessories and customization options. Only if it is reported in the first 30 days from when you received your order.
- Generate your report by sending an email to --------------, where you describe the reason for the return/exchange, including the details of your Purchase Order, and the details of the product to be returned (Model /Description/Color/Size); Likewise, it is very important to attach three or more photographs showing the current state of your product and its packaging, in case of a detail manufacturing error.
- Your application will be reviewed, and if approved, an email will be sent to you indicating step by step the process to follow, as well as an electronic guide with the shipping information. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the email you will receive. *To make any exchange or return, it is necessary that the packaging (-----------) and the bag are in their original conditions. Otherwise your application could be rejected.
- Upon receiving the electronic guide, you must print it, and deliver the specified product to the parcel offices (Estafeta/Redpack). IMPORTANT: The guides generated by LEQUIO are subject to the validity indicated by the package. If the client does not make the return within the validity period of the guide, the shipment will no longer be borne by LEQUIO.
- Once you have sent the package, we ask you to confirm via email to ----------------, that it has already been delivered and we will be awaiting the arrival of the merchandise. As soon as we receive the package with the return product, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delivery of your new product.
- If the total of your accumulated order is greater than $2,000.00 pesos, it is possible to make an exchange with a free guide; If your order is less than the indicated amount, you must cover the costs corresponding to transportation (return and replacement).
IMPORTANT: If you receive your order incorrectly, it will be changed at no cost to you. And the discount will be respected on the established or published dates.
